Project Proposal - Real Life Sith Holocron

I propose we pool our Real Life sith knowledge into a Real sith holocron. this holocron will be a webpage on this site with links to real life sith knowledge and technology. Anything that a sith can use to increase his personal power!

Included in this project should be....

Martial arts sites that offer combat skills
weapons sites,...

sites that describe stealth and camouflage skills...

tracking sites....

scanner and communications sites...

Government and police sites that describe what their emphasis is and what they can do.....(implied is what they cannot do)

and of course anything else that could be useful.

This site should be accessible to registered sith (on this site) only, to help maintain our advantage!!

personal opinion, this would be a great idea, implementing the integration with registered accounts may be a little hard to do, but it would be a necessary part of such a project.
As long as people can give ideas for what they want to be on such a page/ mini-site, ill get started on it.

hmm... good point there, i was just goiung to restrict access to people who were members of a specific non-public usergroup - all those who are obviously sith here are already in one, all jedi are in another. everyone else is under Registered.

So... Limit such a site to Sith only, or allow sith full access, and very limited access to others?

It is, but if its going to work, people need to start suggesting specifics to include - websites (addresses), anything you want on there. Without all your contributions, this cant happen

This really is a great idea...Altough i think that the idea of giving the whole of our sith knowlwdge to others, in such a easy way, goes against the principle or learning the ways.
I think the site should have a teaser, in order to make outsiders interested, but forcing them to become mebers in order to access full information.Jedi´s included.
How can we start to give our contribuition?
I have anarchyst cookbook, its half the way there, for what i see of Darth devious ideas.
If im alowed, i would like to contribute with my personal view of the theological e philosofical view of the dark side, altough that may take some time, because it wont be easy to writte in in english...
We should, first of all, conjugate efforts in order to know exactly what one can make.

secret voting im afraid. its entirely up to those with access when or whether they feel your ready. my only part in it is the actual promotion, but unless they "seniors" vote you as ready, that doesnt happen

Im really sorry to say this, but, I feel like i have a more true partnership here, among "cutthroats" Siths, than on the jedi forum...

So I have noticed lately (not Master Thompson's board, by the way). I just saw the nukes go off at one of the Jedi boards, and the resulting fallout recently. Naturally, some of them are waving the banner of Light and accusing Sith persons of causing the trouble. Actually, it is not the general discussion and debate about Dark vs. Light; it is personal vendettas and soap operas between certain individuals. The Sith are only the scapegoat.

Actually, they need a Sith or two around. That way when they release their anger, they have a convenient Sith to blame. (I have seen arguments that were quite angry and nasty on Jedi boards and there was no Sith around for miles!)

I guess that, in the end, its the eternal " no light without darkness" mantra.
And obviously it all fits the jedi way of beeing.."we are good, you guys there are bad", but at least we admit it, and dont go around trying to be the light in the end of the tunnel (sometimes its the train, anyway)
They do, but i guess they all wanna be better than the others, thats why things get bitter on that side.

But one thing keeps puzzling me...what part the sith have on all that is happening ?
I really dont believe in infiltrated members of the sith on the jedi forums, its way too "conspiracy theory" for me.
and what should be our opinion on all of this?
I know i have mine, whats yours ?

I do not think there is some major conspiracy really. I think it is in the imaginations of certain Jedis. There are some Sith that visit Jedi boards as well, but more out of curiosity, I think, not so much to conspire. Sith may want to be in touch with the whole Star Wars world. There is one thing that is best about this board and that is that there is no paranoia about visiting Jedis "conspiring." It would also seem that Master Thompson is not so paranoid as some of these other Jedis on other boards, contemplating "Sith conspiracies." Hannigan's Unifying Force board also does not seem to have this paranoia.

If Sith are to "conspire," I would wish it to be where it counts. I would rather we flesh out our own ediface, define our doctrines, practices, and then draw in more members from the general public who are not yet on any Jedi or Sith boards at this time. There is something that draws us to the Sith. There is a reason why we log on here time after time and pursue all things Sith. Sith would not have lasted this long after the last movie release if it did not have some sort of deep down appeal to our souls. We have something here, but we are at a loss to define or describe it exactly; but it is real.

I agree with you, we are at loss a bit here, but on the other hand i think thats exactly what it makes this forum so particular.

Empress I know exactly the place you are speaking of. ( So theres no misunderstanding its UJA, not Ashla Knights.:lol: ) They have attempted to get rid of Sith from their board. :twisted: I've seen some weird things there before..closing then reopening... but this was the weirdest. I joined in at the end of the battle. I mean, this much fun only comes around every once in a while! rofl

Boy sounds like I missed the great lightsaber fight on uja. Seti-I-Shadim I like your animated gif of the Anakin/ Dukoo fight. On the game of Ep III I finaly beat Dukoo. He was tough but I had fun. Unfortunatly they switched me from Anakin to Obi-Wan in the game as you advance. I guess I have to win the whole game in order to pick my faverate charector.

Yes, exactly! Yet a "bible" that is open-ended and allowing the individual to have maximum freedom of what to personally embrace.
