I can't agree with people who understand Sith as a nature of a Dark Side...
Sith are just a cult of people who are following it's path, of course, in order to obtain physical and mental strengh.
Do you think the followers of the Dark Side are all Sith?
I personaly think that they are a unbreakable bond.
It would be possible for a shadow to try and learn all of the sith way, but he would eventualy come against a wall of doubt in its life eventualy.

But you do ditinguish them as different things, even bond together?
All Sith are committed to the Dark Side of the Force but you can't call every follower of it is a Sith?
I see the force as one, with diferent aproaches on how to use it.
the commitment...that comes with the hability each of us have to keep olding on to everything that comes with becoming a sith. Some people just cant handle it.
its like martial arts.
you can practice them, but until you reach the blue belt, you cannot assume to be a full practicioner.some give up in the midlle, but thay can also say " I practice martial arts".

I like the martial arts aspect, but I also believe we have to weave scientific and technological knowledge into it as well. The knowledge of science imparts to the user a lot of power, and if that knowledge is applied, you can do almost anything you want.
Very true, but i always see something prone to fail, and we cannot afford ourselfs to fail on account of a malfuncion.
We should depend on our own habilities first.

I agree with the synthesis proposition heralded by devious. By showing esoteric principals in a light which can transcend into, or illuminate everyday life, we can then gain greater understanding of our place in a truly mysterious universe.
As complicated and intricate as they may seem, our various forms and abilities are the result of a much greater, yet simpler process.
The synthesis of nature and science as inseprable wholes begets:
Natural science.
Many call shamanism a natural science. i would be privy to agree.

Thank you Omnihilus, for I am a Shaman.
As to the use of the dark side by Sith, I believe the Sith use bith the light and the dark side in balance as stated by Master Palpatine in Episode III. I am also a Tantrist. I use all the emotions.

I believe that there are both negative and positve "sides" of the Force(very similiar to the Yin-Yang concept) that conflict with each other. We, as dark Siders use the dark or negative side of the Force and, with proper control, use it for the desired effect be it positive or negative; because positive actions can lead to both negative and positive outcomes as is the same for negative actions. The dark side is used either used or created by us(not sure which) because we are conduits and as conduits we all conduct the Force accordingly based on our points of views. If this is a bit vague or you want something explained, no problem because at the moment I'm tired and may have made a mistake or two.;)

This might be one way to look at it:
The force is as an ocean, vast beyond comprehension. The sith and jedi are simply eddies and crests upon this ocean arising from deeper processes. Human beings, planets and stars; simply aggregates of the force lowered in oscillation to "solidify" into this form or that. The living force within all things moves them inexplicably from one form to another, always retaining the integral whole.
The force itself arises out of something beyond it.
Light and dark are the inverse (yet whole) resonance of the force.
Upon these diverging/converging currents emerge thought patterns, mindsets, perspectives.
The "Sith" are just one such manifestation of a manifestation, as are the jedi. Yet they both have a common core, which is beyond either system of attainment.
The source of polarity is "the thing in and of itself". Whether that be a person or a blackhole, all things are the source. I suppose this makes everything vibrant and mystical, yet being one with a darkness beyond darkness.
Sometimes i like letting this mind wheel around, even though for me the wheeling is secondary to the stillness.

I do not consider Dark Siders and Sith to be the same. My opinion has been changed since reading Darth Bane. Sith can draw upon powers not even fathomed by Dark Siders. Dark Siders are generally more aggressive and quick to action than Sith. Sith understand the dark side of the Force and that both light and dark move together, feed off one another.
